No cell phones or smartwatches are allowed. There is a phone locker at the front for students to lock their phone during the day. They will be given access to it if it is needed for an assignment or if they are going off campus for lunch.

MEETINGS

Attend mandatory in-person meetings - Not offered via Zoom
Attend meetings as they are provided for upcoming events
If further understanding is needed, attend the offered parent support meetings
Maintain open and positive communication with the teaching team

School-Related Work
Read all communications sent
Read lengthy newsletters twice a week
Check homework
Resist temptations to “save” your child
Find new ways to stay on top of the information
Snooze emails to a time of the day you can read them
Set alarms to remind you to take actions
Create family calendar with reminders
iPhone offers location-based reminders
Participate in the WIDE annual Poetry Night
Support your student in the WIDE annual Investigation Fair

Family Growth
